Power Positivity with ‘Batteries for Barretstown’ Recycling Campaign
ERP Ireland is delighted to announce our partnership with Barretstown and Lidl Ireland in an initiative to promote battery recycling to students across Ireland and raise much-needed funds for children and families affected by serious illness.
We are distributing the newly branded green Batteries for Barretstown recycling boxes across the country to schools, libraries and retail outlets to support the campaign. ‘Batteries for Barretstown’ will also feature in Lidl stores nationwide with branded ‘Powering Positivity’ battery collection points in each store.
Please place our battery boxes in a convenient location in your school, so that your pupils can recycle their used batteries in the green Batteries for Barretstown recycling boxes.
Every battery recycled will help to Power Positivity by funding the charity’s energy costs over the next three years.
Batteries are made from important resources. Each battery placed in the ERP recycling box will be taken apart and many of the materials will be recovered and used to make new batteries or other products.
Once you have 5 full battery boxes, simply ring our operations team on 0818 332 757 or email ei.tc1508667229elloc1508667229pre@o1508667229fni1508667229 to arrange a collection or request more boxes.
‘Batteries for Barretstown’ will run in ERP’s 8 counties (Louth, Meath, Monaghan, Dublin Fingal, Limerick, Cavan, Clare, and Kerry).
