Membership Schemes
Any producer with a take-back obligation for WEEE or waste batteries has the option to become a member of a compliance scheme to meet the terms of the EU directives. ERP’s compliance scheme for B2C and it’s B2B service demonstrates that compliance does not have to be complicated or expensive.
If you have WEEE or waste battery obligations contact us and we will set you on the right path. Our schemes fall under the following categories:
- National Member
Any national producer, retailer, importer, distributor or any company that has a take-back obligation for WEEE or waste batteries can join ERP as a national user. This provides them with access to a cost-effective compliance scheme. The fee in Ireland is €500 plus VAT per year. Interested parties can apply here>>
- European Membership
Companies that have a producer responsibility may join ERP on a pan-European basis, so that one membership is valid in all countries where ERP operates directly; membership can be extended to another 20 countries through an agreement with an ERP preferred agent. Interested parties can apply here>>
