Retailer Registration


Welcome to the ERP Ireland Online Retailer Registration web page.
 
This FREE service provided by ERP Ireland is a once off registration, i.e. registration does not need to be renewed every year.
 
This online Retailer Registration may be used by all retailers with premises in the functional areas of: Fingal, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Westmeath, Leitrim, Monaghan, Kerry, Clare and Limerick County Councils and Limerick City Council.
 
Premises in the functional areas of all other local authorities should be registered with WEEE Ireland at www.weeeireland.ie.
 
A separate application must be made in respect of each premises from which Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and/or Batteries are supplied and/or WEEE and/or waste batteries are stored following take back.
 
Registration with an approved collective compliance scheme for WEEE and/or batteries such as ERP exempts you from having to register directly with your local authority each year at a cost of €20 per annum.

If you do not wish to proceed with registration with ERP and you’re a obligated to register any premises from which you supply Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and/or Batteries and/or store WEEE and/or waste batteries following take back under the Waste Management (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2005 and/or the Waste Management (Batteries and Accumulators) Regulations 2008 then you must register each premises with the appropriate local authority annually at a cost of €20 per premises per annum.
